📋 Description

• Architect and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise trading applications • Design robust, scalable, and sustainable solutions for complex systems with agentic components • Oversee code reviews, testing, and optimizations, ensuring performance and reliability • Collaborate with Development Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and external vendors • Promote engineering excellence by reinforcing modern practices such as CI/CD, automation, and agile delivery • Lead innovation initiatives and proofs of concept for new technologies • Address critical technical challenges, ensuring stability and governance • Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and Raymond James documentation • Conduct proactive analyses to reduce defects, rework, and improve delivery efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Advanced English (C2) with the ability to communicate in an international environment • Software development experience with prior experience in technical leadership • Experience designing and building scalable, high-performance solutions, including applications with AI components • Proven experience with modern languages (e.g., Java, C#) and distributed systems • Familiarity with financial applications and regulated environments • Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools • Proficiency in: Java 17 and Spring Boot • REST services • Oracle or SQL databases with tuning techniques • Microservices architecture • Jenkins and Flyway (via Jenkins) • IBM MQ or equivalent technologies (e.g., Kafka)
