📋 Description

• Build back-end and front-end systems, including architectural patterns, technical specifications, designs, and database management • Write code and build software that supports scaling as Felix launches new products, enters new markets, and expands healthcare categories • Build AI workflows with LLMs and use AI tooling to accelerate development and automate internal processes • Improve platform reliability through rigorous testing, observability, and monitoring • Identify areas for system optimization and improvement • Manage communication flows between all levels of the stack • Establish sound engineering practices and frameworks • Mentor junior team members • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to deliver healthcare products and experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer building scalable web applications • Familiarity with PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, and Vue • Drive to stay current with ongoing technology changes and advancements • Leadership skills in unblocking and leading development teams • Clear communication of technical concepts • Ability to collaborate with Product • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity • Eagerness to problem solve and move projects and the team forward • Legally entitled to work in Canada
