📋 Description

• Lead the DevOps team and coordinate operations, development, and testing through automation and streamlined integration and deployment processes • Drive technical solution support for continuous integration and continuous deployment • Design and define DevOps architecture and frameworks for project or module delivery according to client requirements • Select DevOps tools and platforms aligned with customer requirements • Create tool deployment models for validation, testing, and performance monitoring, and provision resources accordingly • Define and manage IT infrastructure required by supported software code • Manage the DevOps pipeline across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring • Collaborate on coding and scripting to connect application code with operating systems and production infrastructure • Onboard application configuration from planning through release • Integrate security throughout the DevOps lifecycle to maintain cybersecurity and data privacy • Provide customer support for DevOps tools and respond to internal and external escalations • Troubleshoot implementation issues involving DevOps tools • Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and critical issues • Develop alternative solutions based on root cause analysis • Follow escalation processes for complex or unresolved issues • Transfer knowledge, share best practices, and motivate the team • Forecast talent requirements and hire appropriate team resources • Train direct reports on recruitment and selection decisions • Ensure compliance with Wipro onboarding and training standards • Build an internal talent pool and support career progression • Promote diversity in leadership positions • Set goals, conduct performance reviews and appraisals, and provide constructive feedback • Address performance issues and implement necessary actions • Ensure team understanding and use of organizational performance programs • Lead engagement initiatives, track satisfaction scores, and improve team engagement • Assign challenging projects and recognize employee contributions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing production AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) clusters • Experience with Azure CNI, HPA/VPA, Ingress Controllers (Nginx/AGIC), and Node Pool lifecycle management • Ability to troubleshoot "Pod Pending" and "ImagePullBackOff" states in locked-down enterprise networks • Experience with Flux CD and automated reconciliation loops • Ability to author and troubleshoot Helm charts • Hands-on experience with Dynatrace • Experience setting up Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Management Zones, and using Davis AI for root cause analysis • Advanced Terraform skills, including Terraform State management, importing manual resources into code, and building reusable modules • Azure AKS administration • Experience with Manual-to-IaC migrations • Ability to write complex Azure Terraform modules from scratch • Candidates should not primarily specialize in EKS/AWS with only basic Azure exposure • Candidates must demonstrate practical knowledge rather than textbook/theoretical responses
