📋 Description

• Manage and resolve escalated HR systems tickets, shared Workday inbox requests, and crew member/manager inquiries • Research and troubleshoot issues related to Workday and Time and Attendance (Legion) • Complete routine system transactions and data updates accurately and in a timely manner • Monitor assigned requests, prioritize workload, document resolutions, and follow up as needed • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other teams to resolve complex system-related issues • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior HR Systems team members • Perform basic data validation, audits, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy • Assist with system testing and maintain basic process documentation and job aids • Identify recurring issues and communicate trends or improvement opportunities to the HR Systems team • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in HR, HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, customer support, or a related role • Experience working in a high-volume ticketing, shared services, or support environment • Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to research and troubleshoot issues and appropriately escalate more complex matters • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel • Workday experience preferred • Experience with Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or timekeeping systems preferred • Experience supporting HR, Payroll, employee data, or related processes preferred • Experience working with ticketing or HR service delivery systems preferred
