📋 Description
• Lead, coach and develop engineers • Drive technical strategy and modernization • Build scalable solutions with .NET, React, APIs and cloud technologies • Improve delivery, CI/CD, reliability and engineering practices • Advance the responsible use of AI across engineering • Guide a globally distributed team building and evolving ServiceChannel’s SaaS platform • Solve complex technical problems and influence architecture
🎯 Requirements
• Significant hands-on software engineering experience • Strong C#/.NET and React/TypeScript expertise • SaaS and scalable architecture experience • Technical leadership, mentoring or engineering management experience • A desire to lead both technology and people
