âą Lead, coach and develop engineers âą Drive technical strategy and modernization âą Build scalable solutions with .NET, React, APIs and cloud technologies âą Improve delivery, CI/CD, reliability and engineering practices âą Advance the responsible use of AI across engineering âą Spend approximately 50% of time on engineering and 50% on team management
