📋 Description

• Lead the software-enabled hardware journey and define and deliver software products • Integrate software workflow solutions into the company-wide product roadmap • Assess customer and business value and create a prioritized software roadmap • Define prioritization tradeoffs between strategic feature innovation and core platform improvements • Build business cases for software investment, including ROI, adoption, and hardware-influenced business models • Explore innovative software solutions and markets with the Product Planning team • Establish best practices, processes, templates, success metrics, and release cycles for software workflow products • Align with Product Owners on customer value, feature definition, scoping, and backlog prioritization • Lead roadmap prioritization cadence and communicate priorities and tradeoffs to leadership • Define ideal customer profiles, sales processes, pricing frameworks, and tiered offerings for combined hardware/software solutions • Develop sales enablement materials and coach the sales organization • Coach customer success and sales engineering teams on pre-sale nurturing and post-sale implementations • Identify and resolve onboarding, adoption, and change-management friction • Gather customer feedback and usage data to improve product definition and implementation practices • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams around the world

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field • 7+ years of software product management experience, including direct experience managing workflow software products • Demonstrated experience leading software products through transformational growth cycles • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly for combined hardware/software solutions • Experience building or scaling software product management best practices • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across global teams and time zones • Ability to travel up to 25%, domestically and internationally • MBA or equivalent strategic experience preferred • Experience in a medical device, industrial, or other hardware-first industry undergoing digital product transformation preferred • Familiarity with IoT, connected devices, or embedded systems preferred
