📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches and create innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent • Influence and deliver quality assessment and a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel • Lead and scale sourcing capability to proactively build high-quality talent pipelines using diverse channels • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in Greenhouse to support meaningful reporting and data integrity • Hire exceptional talent across Engineering, Data, Product, and other departments • Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers, interviewers, and business leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience • Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or digital health company • Demonstrated success building and owning sourcing pipelines and developing top-of-funnel strategies • Ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights that influence stakeholders and improve hiring performance • Strong relationship-building and consultative recruiting mindset • Preference for experience with BrightHire and Greenhouse • Ability to work with intense urgency, individual accountability, and commitment to authentic feedback • Must be able to work without employer-sponsored employment visa sponsorship
