📋 Description

• Support the United States Postal Service (USPS) • Apply expert-level AI/ML analytic approaches to large volumes of disparate data to uncover cybersecurity threats and fraud schemes • Leverage Databricks to develop analytic solutions using Python, SQL, and R • Create, interpret, visualize, and report on complex data to stakeholders at all levels • Respond to ad hoc stakeholder requests to investigate concerns • Work across business units to identify, collect, aggregate, and analyze new data sources • Advance the team’s mission and reduce the time needed to deliver analytical insights • Highlight and analyze gaps in USPS systems and processes • Recommend remediation solutions to deter cybersecurity threats and fraudulent activity • Direct specialized teams delivering AI and advanced technology solutions across secure environments • Manage delivery across multiple engagements involving business intelligence, technology and tradecraft, financial operations, workforce analytics, cyber, artificial intelligence, risk management, and product development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, preferred but not required • If lacking a relevant college degree, 4 additional years of relevant work experience required • Expert data science and AI/ML concepts used for fraud detection • Expertise in AI/ML solution development, data science practice, data strategy and governance, and customer and stakeholder engagement • Ability to design AI-powered solutions integrating large language models, computer vision, and advanced analytics into secure, high-performing environments • Ability to direct specialized teams of data scientists, data engineers, and business intelligence specialists • Advanced skills applying AI/ML tools, including programming and script development • Expert knowledge of AI/ML Solution Architecture • Expert knowledge of Data Science and Advanced Analytics • Expert knowledge of Technology Strategy and Implementation • Expert knowledge of Data Strategy and Governance • Expert knowledge of MLOps and Model Lifecycle Management • Expert knowledge of Azure Databricks • Expert knowledge of Python, SQL, and R development • Experience with Tableau and AWS • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and pass government background screening, including detailed forms and fingerprinting • Must satisfy the USPS U.S. residency requirement • Travel required: less than 10%
