📋 Description

• Provide technical and development support to EPA’s Qlik user community • Provide high-quality Qlik technical support in a fast-paced environment • Conduct comprehensive tests for Qlik applications and services on large enterprise systems • Improve application and service performance and reliability • Maintain documentation and validation processes aligned with agency and federal government policies • Develop and maintain custom Qlik applications and services using current Qlik software suites, Python, JavaScript, and open-source programs • Support the EPA’s mission to protect human health and the environment • Collaborate with a small group of Qlik professionals and a broad user community

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent in Computer Science or related field, plus 2 years’ current hands-on experience using QlikSense • 1+ years’ experience supporting SaaS platforms, preferably Qlik Cloud Government (QCG) • Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary customer support to a large user community • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work as part of a diverse team and independently with limited supervision • Qlik Sense knowledge • Data analytics and Python frameworks knowledge • Problem-solving skills • Must be a US citizen • Must be able to obtain EPA Public Trust Level 4 / Public Trust • Ability to work 100% remotely • Ability to prioritize and complete varied workloads with critical deadlines • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage equipment and services in remote locations • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment • Ability to maintain an organized workflow and strong attention to detail
