📋 Description

• Represent GE Vernova as the HDGT OEM with Baker Hughes and end users in the oil and gas industry • Coordinate across Engineering, Product Line Management, Project Management, Commercial/Sales, Services, and other functions • Support HDGT installations and outages in the Oil and Gas segment • Support closure of Baker Hughes Help Cases and achieve agreed quality and delivery metrics • Promote accurate MyTime charging and create quarterly summaries for billing • Deliver GE Vernova Customer Service Engineering and HDGT Product Service priorities • Answer Baker Hughes Help Cases directly or engage other teams for high-quality resolutions • Manage escalations, including weekend duty phone support • Protect GE Vernova intellectual property and follow established protocols • Support Baker Hughes root cause analysis execution and align outcomes with GE Vernova root causes and CAPA • Coordinate customer communications at user conferences and in-person customer meetings • Strengthen customer relationships through direct technical engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 8 years of experience in gas turbine engineering or related technologies • Demonstrated knowledge of B/E Class Heavy Duty Gas turbines and the GE Vernova Gas Turbine business • Customer-focused communication skills across all organizational levels • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects • Knowledge of GE Vernova tools such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Power Now • Proficient in the Tops 8D or other root cause analysis techniques • Strong foundational knowledge of gas turbine technology • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as business needs arise
