📋 Description

• Represent GE Vernova as the HDGT OEM with Baker Hughes and oil and gas end users on RCAs, repair activities, hardware reliability/life management, TIL/GEK/GER education and explanations, and related activities • Support HDGT installations and outages in the oil and gas segment executed by GE Vernova or Baker Hughes • Support closure of Baker Hughes Help Cases to achieve agreed quality and delivery metrics • Promote accurate MyTime charging to Baker Hughes-funded time codes and create quarterly summaries for timely billing • Deliver GE Vernova Customer Service Engineering and HDGT Product Service priorities for the Baker Hughes and oil and gas sales channel • Answer Baker Hughes Help Cases directly or coordinate other teams for high-quality resolutions • Follow GE Vernova escalation processes, including weekend duty phone support • Ensure technical answers protect GE Vernova intellectual property and follow established protocols • Support Baker Hughes root cause analysis execution and align outcomes with GE Vernova root causes and CAPA • Coordinate customer communications at user conferences and in-person customer meetings • Strengthen customer relationships through direct engagement and clear technical interactions • Coordinate across Engineering, Product Line Management, Project Management, Commercial/Sales, Services, and other functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 8 years of experience in gas turbine engineering or related technologies • Demonstrated knowledge of B/E Class Heavy Duty Gas turbines and the GE Vernova Gas Turbine business • Customer-focused communication skills across all organizational levels • Excellent organizational skills managing multiple complex projects • Knowledge of GE Vernova tools such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Power Now • Proficient in the Tops 8D or other root cause analysis techniques • Strong foundational knowledge of gas turbine technology • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as business needs arise
