📋 Description

• Set strategy to attract critical skills, specialized talent, one-of-a-kind talent, and diversity talent • Implement sourcing strategies using technology and events to move candidates into the ATS and CRM • Serve as a primary sourcing point of contact to the Talent Acquisition Attraction leadership team • Partner with recruiters, TA leaders, HR partners, and sourcing teammates • Use data insights to create sourcing strategies for niche, diversity, and critical skills • Collaborate with peers and junior teammates to implement sourcing strategies • Report sourcing activity metrics, including pre- and post-event KPI and ROI analysis • Influence and educate business and HR leaders through data • Act as Talent Attraction’s trusted coach and guide • Build diverse and qualified salaried talent pipelines using career fairs, LinkedIn, ATS prospects, GitHub, Google, and social media • Create outstanding candidate and internal partner experiences through personalized interactions and timely responses • Lead skill-based Sourcing Jams to share ideas, lessons learned, and align resources • Delegate tasks and assess progress toward goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of sourcing experience • Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience • Experience with common sourcing and talent acquisition tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Beamery, SeekOut, HireEZ, Codility, HackerRank, Stack Overflow, GitHub, HireRight, and Glassdoor • Ability to leverage raw data and build data stories using data visualization and narrative storytelling • Experience using a CRM to pipeline talent and run send-on-behalf campaigns • Ability to establish relationships and build networks to accomplish goals • Project management proficiencies, including time management, delegation, and progress reports • Understanding of applicable employment law • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, or J-1 support • Must live in an approved city within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate to one by the offer timeline
