📋 Description

• Demonstrate CATIA software capabilities to prospects and customers in live audiences and web meetings • Support the Sales Team with product knowledge, demonstrations, meeting agendas, strategy, and customer correspondence • Serve as a technical expert during customer evaluations, presentations, and solution-focused discussions • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues involving CATIA, installations, and add-on/complementary products • Collaborate with technical colleagues for knowledge-building and skills-sharing • Research industry trends and competitive technologies • Create web-based content, including videos, tutorials, webinars, and other resources • Deliver customer training, mentoring services, and instructor-led classes as needed • Visit customers at their facilities to understand design, engineering, and manufacturing processes • Explore CATIA and related technologies to support demonstrations and solution development • Obtain and maintain industry certifications

🎯 Requirements

• Strong CATIA experience required • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities • Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized • Ability to take initiative and work independently • Willingness to travel as needed • Experience presenting to customers, peers, or leadership teams • Comfortable serving as a technical expert in customer-facing discussions • Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office products, and related hardware devices • 2+ years of industry experience • Experience within Aerospace & Defense, Transportation, or related industries • Engineering or design engineering background • Experience with other CAD, PLM, or engineering software solutions • Previous applications engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales experience • Experience delivering design reviews, technical presentations, customer training, or internal knowledge-sharing sessions • Experience working in a customer-facing environment
