📋 Description

• Build, clone, and modify customer reports to Green Mountain Technology standards • Create on-demand reporting for client requests • Pull and shape data from the data warehouse for ad hoc analysis • Run re-rate analyses covering service changes, DIM changes, surcharges, CWT, re-zoning, and GRI validation • Support carrier RFP analysis and modeling for national and regional carriers • Produce monthly savings and performance reports • Explain customer-facing reports • Interpret and write business requirements for GL coding, cost allocation, and data labeling • Learn carrier file types, invoice translation, audit flags, and carrier contracts • Quality-check deliverables and partner with other engineers to check theirs • Document client conversations and maintain Jira and Confluence action items • Flag timeline or expectation risks to the manager • Improve processes, error-proofing, and system requests

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an analytics role • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data cleansing, and data manipulation • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Math, MIS, or a similar discipline • Strong analytical problem-solving ability • Sharp critical thinking and a habit of chasing problems to their root cause • Self-motivation and outcome orientation • Ability to work with very limited supervision • Fluency in spoken and written English • Entry-level understanding of SQL queries and relational databases • Knowledge of transportation and supply chain systems and concepts • Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Tableau or data warehousing concepts • Comfort presenting work and explaining it to people who did not build it • Must be eligible to work in the United States, as indicated by the US-state-specific remote eligibility and E-Verify participation
