📋 Description

• Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement • Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance • Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions • Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility • Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience, OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience (Required) • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred) • 4-7 years of experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with successful solution sales and relationship management in a matrix environment (Preferred) • Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts (Preferred) • Communication • Customer Needs Identification • Product Knowledge • Project Management • Small Business Sales • Solution Architecture • Technical Demonstrations • Technical Presentations • Technical Training • Wireless Networks • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States
