📋 Description

• Implement the best backend solutions for our applications, always prioritizing quality, performance, programming best practices, simplicity, and the best user experience for our products; • Develop, write unit and automated tests, deploy, and monitor developed solutions (in addition to ensuring code quality and good programming practices); • Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities, making recommendations, designing, and implementing systems; • Improve system quality by identifying recurring issues and patterns, and by developing standard operating procedures; • Maintain, enhance, and review existing code through Code Review and Pair Programming; • Foster good relationships while seeking innovative solutions for projects, working collaboratively and communicating effectively; • Research and adopt new technologies when relevant; • Keep documentation up to date; • Be passionate about problem solving and finding viable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with development using Node.js; • Experience developing RESTful APIs; • Experience with relational and non-relational databases; • Knowledge of quality practices such as TDD, BDD, and SOLID principles; • Knowledge of object-oriented or functional programming; • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); • Ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional, multi-language, and collaborative environment; • Pragmatic approach to problem solving; • Experience with source versioning (GitHub); • Experience with monitoring tools (APM and logs) such as New Relic, Grafana; • Experience with messaging systems and CI/CD; • Experience with AWS applications.
