📋 Description

• Recruit skilled technicians, inspectors, installers, fitters, foremen, designers, estimators, project managers, and service professionals • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-demand technical positions • Source passive candidates through networking, referrals, social media, trade organizations, and direct recruiting • Partner with Operations and HR leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities • Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance • Build relationships with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, military transition organizations, and industry associations • Develop creative recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple geographic markets • Identify, engage, and attract technical talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship building

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within skilled trades, industrial services, construction, or related technical industries • Demonstrated success recruiting difficult-to-find field technicians and trade professionals • Experience recruiting passive candidates through direct sourcing and networking • Strong understanding of skilled trade labor markets • Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
