📋 Description

• Shape, lead, and win large, complex capture efforts for technology-enabled projects • Serve as the single accountable capture leader for major and very large $10-100M+ pursuits • Integrate customer engagement, competitive intelligence, solution shaping, teaming, pricing strategy, and proposal execution • Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across EP and Tech organizations • Lead customer shaping activities, including requirements influence, acquisition strategy insight, and early solution positioning • Create new project pipeline with strategic partners and develop pursuit-to-close plans • Develop and execute win strategies, including incumbent displacement strategies • Conduct competitive intelligence and Black Hat analysis • Define discriminators, value propositions, and win themes aligned to operational outcomes, compliance, and impact • Drive technical solution and partner integration • Lead proposal development and establish proposal governance, milestone reviews, and executive engagement • Ensure proposals are compliant, operationally credible, and differentiated across technical, management, and pricing volumes • Own bid/no-bid decisions, capture budgets, and investment strategies for designated pursuits • Partner with pricing and finance teams on competitive, executable pricing strategies • Identify and mitigate programmatic, technical, compliance, and performance risks • Brief and advise growth and practice leadership on capture strategy, probability of win, and investment risk • Lead, mentor, and develop capture managers, proposal managers, and business development professionals • Drive capture discipline, best practices, and continuous improvement for future deals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 8-10 years of consulting and advisory experience with EP clients • 5-10 years of 10M+ capture experience • 8-10 years of technology implementation experience • Travel required up to 75%+ • Guidehouse EP experience is nice to have • Guidehouse Tech experience is nice to have • Masters or Advanced Degree is nice to have • No security clearance required
