📋 Description

• Oversee the analysis, programming, and configuration of information technology systems software • Provide thought leadership and architectural expertise • Design high-quality interfaces for Angular applications • Lead the architectural design and development of Angular applications for scalability, performance, and maintainability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Provide technical guidance to drive innovation and improve application design and development • Research business problems and propose software solutions • Mentor junior programmers • Provide estimates and create functional and detailed design specifications • Convert system designs and technical specifications into program code for complex applications • Champion lightweight architectures, modern web standards, and best practices to optimize application performance and reduce load times • Debug and troubleshoot program code and correct errors • Provide Level-2 support for systems-related issues • Oversee software releases to production and verify system stability after patching • Participate as a high-level technical expert in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software and significant enhancements • Work with technical staff to understand software problems and develop specifications to resolve them

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or foreign educational equivalent • 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Lead Engineer, Application Development (Java)-related occupation • Experience architecting and developing large-scale, distributed, web-based applications using Python FastAPI, Angular, and React.js • Experience deploying applications across multiple geographic regions using Google Cloud Infrastructure • Experience with component-based, object-oriented systems, internet technologies, client/server architectures, relational databases, structured development practices, test methodologies, and data warehousing principles • Experience building UI libraries and modern web interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 20.x, and React.js • Experience developing secure, production-ready APIs using Java 12+, Python FastAPI, and Spring Framework (Boot) • UNIX shell command knowledge; experience with Git repositories, build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker • Experience installing and managing system packages using yum, apt, and brew • Experience preparing runtime environments for application deployment • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL for enterprise-scale data workflows • Strong knowledge of GCP CI/CD and cloud-native delivery pipelines • Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
