📋 Description

• Administer day-to-day payroll operations • Prepare and review regulatory reporting • Assess and establish internal controls • Evaluate current payroll operations and recommend process improvements • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards • Prepare and process accurate biweekly payroll for 500+ employees across multiple US states • Manage GL reporting, W4 changes, direct deposits, wage calculations, deductions, garnishments, leaves of absence, and termination payments • Coordinate with HR on payroll-related items, employee onboarding and terminations, documentation retention, benefits, leave, and disability • Process and monitor tax payments and ensure forms and reports comply with IRS regulations • Perform payroll audits • Resolve payroll questions and discrepancies and deliver customer service • Assist with payroll procedure development and efficiency improvements • Work with Finance on bank statement reconciliations and general ledger inquiries • Report to the Supervisor of US Payroll and collaborate with Payroll specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recent hands on payroll processing experience • Exceptional with large payroll processing using systems such as Ceridian, ADP, or Workday • Excellent communication skills • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Workday experience is a differentiator • Ceridian Dayforce experience is a differentiator • Must have US Payroll Processing experience in the US
