📋 Description

• Lead system architecture and design for large-scale, distributed applications • Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns • Drive adoption of AI capabilities into products and workflows • Architect and manage cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers • Collaborate with product, data, and business teams on strategic initiatives • Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and reliability • Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including AI tools, frameworks, and cloud services • Lead technical strategy across teams • Influence stakeholders and align engineering with business goals • Drive innovation using AI and cloud technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development • Strong proficiency in .NET and C#; Angular is good to have • Strong object-oriented programming skills • Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms • Deep understanding of microservices architecture • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven systems • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and automation • Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot • Experience integrating AI into development • Familiarity with Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, agents, RAG, and MCP • Ability to evaluate AI models for performance, bias, and scalability • Experience with AI APIs and tools such as OpenAI and Azure AI services • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure • Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions/App Services, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, and SQL Database • Experience designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep • Expertise in monitoring with Azure Monitor and Application Insights • Expertise in security and identity using Azure AD and RBAC • Ability to design highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems • Experience with distributed systems and high-availability architectures • Proven ability to lead technical strategy across teams • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Experience influencing stakeholders and aligning engineering with business goals • Ability to drive innovation using AI and cloud technologies
