📋 Description

• Source top talent for technical roles, primarily Engineering, using proven and creative approaches • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Ashby, talent communities, competitor mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing channels • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies • Share market insights and build diverse, high-quality pipelines • Conduct initial screens to assess talent • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience • Help build the technology team supporting Headway’s next stage of growth

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required) • Skilled with Juicebox and Ashby (highly preferred) • Experience applying creative sourcing strategies, including market mapping, engaging niche networks, leveraging events, and crafting differentiated outreach • Experience sourcing across a range of technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth companies • Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment while balancing speed with quality • Detail-oriented and resourceful • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer • Must disclose whether future visa sponsorship is required
