• Provide administrative support to the regional office and regional representative, including answering emails and telephone calls, drafting memos, typing, and faxing documents • Create, maintain, and manage financial records, reports, e-files, and data including Concur • Organize and process work in a timely manner, including responding to and following up on requests from consumer service providers and others • Organize and maintain consumer files • Respond to inquiries in a timely, customer-friendly manner • Prepare and process reports • Manage data in AWARE and File Maker Pro • Run reports as needed • Maintain the general office area at home, including office equipment • Order and maintain office supplies
• High school graduate/equivalent • Minimum of three years' work experience in a secretarial, clerical, or administrative capacity • Excellent computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of office general equipment and procedures • Extremely organized, professional, detail oriented, and self-motivated • Preferred candidate resides within the New England or South Eastern regions and in the Eastern Time Zone • Experience using MS Access and/or File Maker Pro is a plus • Experience working with the deaf and/or blind community is a plus
