📋 Description

• Partner with customers to design and architect scalable file and object storage solutions • Lead solution workshops, assessments, and proofs of concept validating technical fit and performance • Provide subject matter expertise on NFS, SMB, S3, and object storage • Guide customers in validating storage architectures for AI inferencing and RAG workloads • Architect and document enterprise-grade file and object storage solutions • Execute POCs evaluating performance, scalability, and platform integration • Design architectures addressing throughput, metadata performance, latency optimization, and overall platform performance • Collaborate with product management to capture customer feedback and influence product roadmaps • Provide thought leadership, competitive analysis, and positioning strategies • Present technical solutions to executive and technical audiences • Support pre-sales engagements, RFIs/RFPs, and solution justification • Travel extensively to work with customers, partners, and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing unstructured storage solutions • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong customer-facing experience with technical solution design and delivery • Expertise with NFS, SMB, and S3 file/object storage protocols • Understanding of object storage technologies and APIs • Experience planning and executing POCs • Hands-on experience with AI data pipelines including inferencing and RAG • Familiarity with storage tuning for large, performance-sensitive unstructured workloads • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Willingness and ability to travel for customer engagements • Experience selling enterprise storage solutions within one or more industry verticals • Ability to understand vertical-specific business challenges, compliance requirements, and data workloads • Experience with at least one required storage platform: Dell EMC PowerScale/ObjectScale, Pure Storage FlashBlade, NetApp ONTAP (File), NetApp Object Grid, or another enterprise file/object storage platform
