📋 Description

• Partner with customers to design and architect scalable file and object storage solutions • Lead solution workshops, assessments, and proofs of concept validating technical fit and performance • Provide subject matter expertise on NFS, SMB, and object storage • Guide customers in validating storage architectures for AI inferencing, RAG, and large-scale unstructured data pipelines • Architect and document enterprise-grade file and object storage solutions tailored to customer needs • Lead and execute POCs evaluating performance, scalability, and platform integration • Design storage architectures for AI and data-processing workloads, focusing on throughput, metadata performance, latency optimization, and platform performance • Collaborate with product management to capture customer feedback, translate requirements into product enhancements, and influence the roadmap • Provide thought leadership, competitive analysis, and positioning strategies • Present technical solutions to executive and technical audiences • Maintain current knowledge of unstructured storage trends, cloud storage integration, and emerging technologies • Support pre-sales engagements, RFIs/RFPs, and solution justification • Travel extensively to work with customers, partners, and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing unstructured storage solutions • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong customer-facing experience with technical solution design and delivery • Proven expertise with file protocols NFS and SMB, and S3 • Solid understanding of object storage technologies and APIs • Demonstrated experience planning and executing POCs • Hands-on experience with AI data pipelines including inferencing and RAG • Familiarity with storage tuning for large performance-sensitive unstructured workloads • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Willingness and ability to travel for customer engagements • Demonstrated experience selling enterprise storage solutions within one or more industry verticals • Ability to understand vertical-specific business challenges, compliance requirements, and data workloads • Experience with at least one enterprise file/object storage platform: Dell EMC PowerScale (Isilon), ObjectScale, Pure Storage FlashBlade, NetApp ONTAP (File), NetApp Object Grid, or other enterprise file/object storage platforms • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP storage offerings and integration patterns is a strong plus • Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud storage architectures is a strong plus • Competitive landscape awareness is a strong plus • Experience in customer success, consulting, or solution advisory roles is a strong plus
