📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of senior Strategy Consultants serving Fortune 500 customers • Build, develop, and scale a world-class team overseeing the customer journey from kickoff through onboarding, continued success, and expansion on Hightouch’s agentic CDP • Set clear expectations, establish an operating rhythm, and maintain a high quality bar • Own sourcing, interviewing, and closing for the team; build a repeatable hiring process • Manage the portfolio by tracking status, risk, and next steps for every active engagement • Escalate risks early and communicate clearly with executives • Create repeatable engagement models, pilot structures, demo narratives, and enablement playbooks • Maintain deep technical knowledge of Hightouch’s platform and stay current with product developments • Handle complex technical escalations while empowering the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences • Collaborate with Sales leadership, Product, and Engineering • Bring customer and field insights into the product roadmap • Develop strategies to increase platform adoption, customer retention, and expansion across large enterprise accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of people management experience, preferably leading technical customer-facing teams • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-growing environments • Experience developing talent and creating career growth paths for technical professionals • Strong coaching and mentorship abilities focused on technical and soft skill development • 8–10 years of experience in client-facing and/or technology-focused roles combining business acumen with technical expertise • Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations, APIs, databases, and data integration systems • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders • Experience growing an adaptive team in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and understanding enterprise sales cycles • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards • Natural curiosity about data platforms and how companies can leverage data for business outcomes • Preferred: experience with data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data stack technologies • Preferred: background in Customer Data Platforms, marketing technology, or data activation • Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS companies, particularly in customer success or solutions engineering roles • Preferred: track record of driving customer expansion and reducing churn in enterprise accounts • Eligibility to work in the United States is verified post-hire through E-Verify
