📋 Description

• Perform routine on-property Quality Assurance evaluations • Apply knowledge of product replacement cycles, renovations, and physical upgrades to maintain Brand Standards • Navigate complex situations while maintaining Brand integrity and balancing owner and partner expectations • Address internal inquiries and communications verbally and in writing • Participate in Consistency exercises • Monitor travel expenses against monthly and yearly goals • Participate in activities outside of QA to gain knowledge of other departments • Work with senior leaders and property teams to foster positive, productive relationships • Communicate with Quality Auditors, Area Managers, Directors, Senior Directors, Vice Presidents, Brand Teams, Design and Construction, Human Resources, Owners, and Management Company Representatives regarding Brand Standard compliance, QA, Brand protocol, procedures, and Improvement Plans • Manage a territory of 100+ hotels • Own territory management, expense management, completed audits, and annual goals • Coordinate travel plans and hotel scheduling, ensuring downtime work is completed and submitted by established deadlines • Prepare detailed reports with supporting images for internal analysis and review findings with property leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years of management experience in Hotel Operations • Three (3) years of experience as a General Manager, Executive Committee Member, or Director • Valid Driver's license • Travel 90% of the time • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree (useful) • Fluency in a foreign language (useful) • Food Safety certification (useful) • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Working knowledge of product replacement cycles, renovations and physical upgrades • Problem resolution and consulting skills to mitigate potential conflicts/issues
