📋 Description

• Sell the Company's exterior and interior products and services to customers • Conduct outside sales visits primarily at customer homes and trade shows • Travel to customer homes to make sales calls and assess customer needs • Make tailored product recommendations and develop and negotiate customized price quotes • Present warranty information and available financing options • Maintain and drive profitability • Complete required sales contracts and paperwork • Take measurements using industry-standard methods to ensure orders meet installation specifications • Proactively solicit and acquire new customers inside assigned THD stores and at industry events • Travel to assigned stores, maintain local relationships, educate store associates on HDIS offerings, and increase awareness of HDIS programs • Prospect for new customers inside and outside assigned THD stores • Seek referrals and develop and maintain relationships with store management and associates • Attend sales and store team meetings to improve sales techniques and learn about HDIS products • Report typically to the Sales Manager; position has no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • Prior in-home or virtual sales experience preferred • Prior home improvement industry experience preferred • Prior experience with successful lead generation preferred • Computer and application skills, including email, iPad, apps, and varied technology preferred • No previous leadership experience required • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds) • Must be able to work in conditions with regular exposure to dust, fumes, or odors
