📋 Description

• Lead customer and internal kickoff meetings and confirm scope, environments, owners, identity/access paths, compliance constraints, and go-live criteria • Project-manage the 30-day onboarding plan and track blockers such as credentials, firewall changes, IdP claims, and change windows • Provide best-practices expertise and assist with deployment and optimization of customer environments • Ensure successful production deployment against customers’ initial testing goals • Diagnose and resolve implementation failures across cloud infrastructure, networking, and security • Perform root-cause analysis on first-time integration and deployment issues • Configure, tune, harden, and troubleshoot Linux production environments • Deploy and manage Docker workloads in Kubernetes or similar orchestrated environments • Provision and troubleshoot pentest configurations in AWS, Azure, or GCP • Troubleshoot TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and other network issues • Configure and validate RBAC, SSO, OAuth, SAML, Active Directory, and LDAP identity paths • Scope and configure initial NodeZero tests • Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Sales to resolve broader implementation issues • Advocate for customer-specific changes and product improvements • Mentor junior onboarding and support engineers • Create reusable scripts, templates, playbooks, dashboards, modules, and runbooks • Support standard support case management and resolution when bandwidth allows • Stay current on cloud, container, and security practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years in technical support, systems administration, cloud operations, implementation, or a similar enterprise role • Background in cybersecurity, including threat detection, vulnerability management, encryption standards, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or GDPR • Strong Linux administration in production • Hands-on Docker and containerization experience, including Kubernetes or similar orchestration • Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation • Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, Wireshark, and tcpdump • Basic scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell • Demonstrated self-learning through labs, certifications, personal projects, or open-source work • Experience comparable to a junior cloud administrator in an enterprise setting • Familiarity with RBAC, SSO (OAuth, SAML), Active Directory, and LDAP • Basic database literacy, including relational vs. schemaless stores, schema, querying, and light administration • Ability to run a customer-facing technical engagement to a 30-day finish line with minimal supervision • Proven API integration and troubleshooting experience, including REST services and authentication mechanisms • Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog • Basic managed database experience such as Amazon RDS • Broader coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or Go • Prior onboarding, professional services, or TAM experience with a defined time-to-go-live • Experience creating reusable implementation assets and customer-ready runbooks
