📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions supporting management and orchestration of OneStream’s cloud hosting infrastructure • Lead design discussions and planning • Define complex design requirements for major features and new solutions • Guide and mentor less experienced team members • Review code for security best practices, coding standards, and release acceptance criteria • Participate in developing coding standards • Support onboarding of new hires • Analyze, design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation • Suggest solutions that improve usability and customer experience • Drive requirements discussions based on value delivered to internal and external customers • Report to the Manager, Cloud Development and interact with engineering teams • Lead a focused group of engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field • 7+ years of programming experience • Azure Certified Developer Associate certification • Azure Certified Architect Expert certification • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming • Ability to write reusable libraries • Familiarity with design and architectural patterns • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies • Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Experience troubleshooting errors, analyzing log data, and developing resolutions • Understanding of cloud concepts including elasticity, security, and identity management • Experience with C#, PowerShell, VB .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and Atlassian Jira • Experience with Azure Functions, Container Apps, Batch, and Azure Kubernetes Service • Experience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Lake, and table, queue, and blob storage • Experience with Azure Application Insights and Dynatrace • Experience with Blazor, Angular, and React • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Ability to research software-related issues and products • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to interact comfortably with C-level executives • Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
