📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance • Partner with design engineering, test engineering, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional business teams • Lead products from final design completion through validation, qualification, and high-volume production release • Ensure products are technically sound, manufacturable at scale, and compliant with performance, quality, and customer requirements • Evaluate, verify, and qualify advanced technology components and systems • Develop and execute engineering test strategies • Analyze performance data, identify risks, and drive corrective actions • Support successful product introduction and lifecycle management • Liaise across engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to resolve complex product issues • Improve product reliability and customer satisfaction • Advise leadership on technical and operational strategies • Address complex technical challenges, manage competing priorities, and make independent decisions with minimal supervision • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings as required

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of project leadership experience • Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure • Experience with unit testing and mocking • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within established timelines • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders • Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements, and trend reports • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred) • Demonstrated ability to run large-scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams (preferred) • Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes (preferred) • Background in a dedicated SRE organization (preferred) • Six Sigma certification (preferred) • ITIL certification (preferred) • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
