📋 Description

• Standardize the quality assurance procedure for software • Oversee software testing and debugging and develop fixes • Research complaints and make adjustments or recommendations to resolve complex software-related issues • Understand business purposes of software solution requests • Participate in major feature planning • Participate in analysis to determine build, buy, or hybrid solutions and document logical requirements • Participate in designing solutions including data structures, system processes, services, and user interfaces • Write, update, and maintain in-house software solutions using Humana Military-approved tools • Write, update, and maintain software integrating purchased solutions using Humana Military-approved tools • Configure purchased software to meet business and IT requirements • Assist in creating comprehensive functional and regression test cases • Assist testing teams with automating test cases • Assist end users with user acceptance testing (UAT) • Participate in creating detailed deployment plans • Prepare system documentation as directed • Provide on-call support as scheduled

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development • Experience with a modern Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and other software development tools • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • .NET 8/10 • Building Web APIs • Dependency Injection • Building Web MVC applications • JavaScript/Bootstrap • CI/CD Azure DevOps pipelines • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for work-at-home employees • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
