📋 Description

• Review and understand industry use cases • Collaborate on technical requirements and design documents • Design and configure moderately complex solution logic • Configure software solutions to meet specific business needs • Contribute to solution design and implementation best practices • Perform initial testing of solution configurations • Document testing criteria for the quality assurance team • Support customers and partners in early adoption programs • Assist with solution setup and deployment • Provide basic troubleshooting and gather feedback • Triage and prioritize non-critical software defects • Participate in solution peer reviews and provide feedback • Contribute to continuous improvement and shared technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience configuring, designing, and deploying software • Familiarity with programming, database, and cloud technologies • Good oral and written communication skills • Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills • Facilitation and project management skills • Collaboration, interpersonal, analytical, data gathering, and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and development processes • Up to 5% travel time required • Ability to translate goals into implementation ideas and solution designs • Ability to develop engaging presentation methodologies and gain stakeholder consensus • Knowledge of systems administration and Microsoft operating systems and products • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to contribute to shared knowledge base repositories • Knowledge of Healthcare IT • Knowledge of Healthcare Business Processes • Experience with AI Technologies
