📋 Description

• Support payroll processing, including data entry, report generation, timesheet adjustments, and backup coverage for the Payroll Manager • Answer employee questions and address HR-related concerns • Provide information about benefits and pay • Ensure necessary documents are processed and entered in the HRIS • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations • Assist employees with STD/LTD and other forms • Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS data • Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations • Provide administrative support through scheduling meetings, managing files, and preparing reports • Manage temporary staffing requests, including liaising with staffing agencies, handling timecards and invoices, and processing requests and cancellations • Proactively discuss process improvement ideas and solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Human Resources preferred • 2+ years of experience in Payroll / HR • Proficiency in HR software and systems • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to plan and effectively set priorities for implementation • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a time-sensitive, logistics environment • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate strong time management • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work setting with strong attention to detail • Superior communication and listening skills • Ability to interact across varied settings and with a broad, diverse workforce • Ability to work in a client-centric setting • Ability to adapt as priorities shift • Consistent follow-up and follow-through • Highly motivated team player with a positive work attitude • High level of personal integrity • Adaptive to ICAT’s core values • Ability to work the listed hours in the applicable U.S. time zone • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally stoop, climb, or squat • Clear, understandable oral communication ability
