📋 Description

• Develop technology strategy with Federal executives, business SMEs, and key stakeholders • Build trust relationships and rapport with business stakeholders to understand concerns and mission objectives • Lead meetings with senior client leadership to discover current state, processes, requirements, pain points, aspirations, and goals • Determine business needs and develop solution approaches, architecture, and strategy with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members • Develop governance, operating models, CONOPS, and processes • Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept using data, technology, and low-code/no-code platforms • Evaluate technology platforms and alternatives, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Document as-is and to-be architecture diagrams, business process flows, flow charts, and decision trees • Lead cross-team initiatives supporting coordination, collaboration, alignment, and execution • Participate in project discussions and team meetings, including daily standups and reviews • Perform hands-on coding and infrastructure work as required • Provide architectural leadership for secure, scalable solutions using Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Oracle, SQL Server, and AWS GovCloud • Advise clients on technology strategy, IT Engineering, Service Management, SaaS platforms, and application modernization • Promote technology best practices and standards with technical leadership, architects, and service delivery teams • Support performance and reliability of public-facing, mission-critical applications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 8+ years of experience leading technology consulting engagements with clients • 8+ years of experience developing solution architecture and enterprise architecture artifacts • Experience leading an ATO in an IL-4/IL-5 DoW environment • 3+ years of experience building and deploying applications to AWS Cloud • 3+ years of experience implementing IaC using Terraform • Active Top Secret Clearance (Interim TS will be considered) • AWS Solutions Architect certification • Experience building full-stack applications using Java, PHP, JavaScript, or Python • Experience with Node.js, React JS, and Angular • Experience working in Agile and Scaled Agile teams • Experience with microservices architecture, serverless architecture, and automated testing • Knowledge of web services, related standards, distributed architecture design patterns, and best practices
