📋 Description

• Generate and qualify leads for residential solar through high-volume outbound prospecting, including phone calls, email outreach, and SMS communication • Engage with prospective customers to introduce residential solar solutions, assess initial interest, and determine qualification based on established criteria (homeownership, energy usage, and eligibility factors) • Schedule qualified appointments for Solar Account Managers, ensuring all required information is captured and accurately documented • Execute structured follow-up efforts to confirm appointments, improve show rates, and maintain consistent multi-touch engagement with prospective customers • Collaborate closely with Solar Account Managers to ensure high-quality appointment handoff and alignment on prospect expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field or Minimum of 1 year prior experience in sales, customer service, call center, or lead generation role is preferred • Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment with activity-based performance expectations • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals • Ability to manage multiple communication channels including outbound calls, email, and SMS • Ability to handle objections, navigate customer concerns, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook and Excel) and CRM platforms • Interest in renewable energy and sustainability preferred • Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a performance driven role
