📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable digital healthcare solutions • Build and maintain modern responsive web applications using React and Next.js • Develop reusable frontend components and convert UX/UI designs into production-ready features • Design, build, and integrate scalable Python APIs and backend services • Collaborate with Product and UX/UI teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Integrate and enhance LLM and AI-powered workflows, including prompt engineering and model integrations • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews and engineering standards • Improve frontend and backend performance, reliability, and scalability through testing, monitoring, debugging, and optimization • Contribute to CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, and observability • Own features from development through deployment and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience building production applications • Strong frontend experience with Next.js, React, or similar modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks • Experience developing and integrating backend services and APIs, ideally using Python • Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive UI development, component-based architecture, and frontend performance • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI model integrations in production applications • Proficiency with RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and full-stack application architecture • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, or modern DevOps practices • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus • Experience in healthcare, HIPAA-regulated environments, or distributed engineering teams is a plus
