📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance modern, scalable web applications using React and modern JavaScript technologies • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application architectures • Develop and maintain high-quality, production-ready code • Contribute to back-end development, APIs, integrations, and data access solutions as needed • Perform software development lifecycle activities including analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues • Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and development standards • Mentor junior developers and promote code reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Canada and around the world

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in lieu of the degree • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development • Strong front-end or full-stack development experience • Demonstrated experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and modern web application frameworks • Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, web application architecture, responsive design, and front-end performance optimization • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices • Familiarity with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, SQL Server, relational databases, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and/or Microsoft Azure • Functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken • Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, technical leadership, and mentoring skills
