📋 Description

• Identify and win new opportunities within ITA Group’s Events, Employee Experience, Channel Partner Solutions, and Customer Experience spaces • Secure and conduct client meetings • Leverage marketing tech stack sales tools • Align ITA Group’s solutions to clients’ business needs • Uncover client business challenges and understand brand and total rewards strategies • Create demand through relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers • Partner with internal teams to design tailored solutions grounded in client data and insights • Act as a market brand ambassador through conferences, speaking engagements, panel discussions, industry associations, and social selling • Create business cases to justify $1M+ investments • Lead, contribute, and partner throughout the selling process to successfully close business • Achieve client goals, financial outcomes, and lasting program impact

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in a consultative, business development, or sales-related role • Proven success in prospecting, researching client organizations, and delivering compelling sales presentations • Strong business acumen to uncover client challenges and translate insights into solution-oriented strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to craft persuasive messaging and effective calls-to-action • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to collaboration, empathy, diversity of thought, and active listening • Customer-centric mindset and ability to respond promptly, solve problems effectively, and provide high service levels • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed • Experience in a service-oriented or client-facing industry preferred
