📋 Description

• Engage in consulting practices, research, and development of leading solutions for internal and external customers • Design, develop, and customize the Archibus IWMS platform • Collaborate with Application Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, and Database Administrators • Own client engagements end-to-end from requirements gathering through production support with minimal oversight • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Archibus and other software applications in JLL staging and customer test and production environments • Customize and enhance Archibus and business software applications, including GUI, report, and script development • Contribute to the complete software development life cycle: defining, designing, building, testing, and deploying • Assist with unit testing and quality assurance • Identify design gaps and improvements and partner with Solution Consultants and Project Managers to reevaluate designs and project plans • Analyze customer challenges and design, develop, and implement comprehensive Archibus-based solutions • Diagnose and resolve production issues using application logs, stack traces, and database-level analysis • Communicate findings in customer-facing ticket updates and internal documentation • Develop and debug Archibus connectors and data migration interfaces • Perform data mapping, manipulation, and migration among databases and enterprise applications • Develop and maintain Archibus, BIRT, SQL Server Reporting Services, Web Central, and other reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Archibus development and implementation experience • 5+ years of implementation, deployment, and hands-on development experience with Archibus, including Web Central, Smart Client, and workflow rules • Experience planning and executing Archibus version upgrades, including schema migration, post-upgrade validation, and data cleanup • Working knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and web application development • Experience with Oracle and MSSQL, including queries, triggers, stored procedures, functions, performance analysis, and locking/blocking analysis • Experience with web APIs and enterprise software implementation and deployment • Experience configuring and implementing SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) integration for Archibus • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows • Experience with Tomcat or similar Java application server administration • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical tasks with minimal oversight • Effective written and verbal communication, including customer-facing support communication and technical documentation • Experience with BIRT, SQL Server Reporting Services, or similar reporting software • Experience with XML, JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL and T-SQL), and Java • Ability to adhere to project schedules, constraints, and task prioritization • Undergraduate degree in a relevant domain is preferred; comparable work experience will be considered • Eptura (Archibus) certification is highly preferred • Tableau certification is highly preferred • Preferred experience with IBM TRIRIGA, FM:Systems, or other IWMS platforms • Preferred experience with Tableau, QLIK, Power BI, or similar tools • Understanding of application security, ETL processes and systems, data management, data modeling, and governance practices • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
