• Support the Global Digital and Regulatory Policy team within Johnson & Johnson Worldwide Government Affairs and Policy • Implement projects and processes supporting the Global Digital and Regulatory Policy team • Represent the supported team, department, and company professionally in internal and external interactions • Communicate with internal and external partners, including on confidential and critical matters • Maintain budget spreadsheets tracking procurement and domestic/international travel activity • Assist with consultant and vendor agreements, contracts, purchase orders, and check requisitions • Draft, review, proofread, and maintain memorandums, correspondence, presentations, policy assets, position papers, and white papers • Manage electronic files, version control, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint repositories • Manage portal submissions, filters, policy positions, and site organization • Coordinate external contractor postings and updates on the Home site • Create, summarize, and publish WWGA&P News announcements and articles • Respond to portal and Home site inquiries and troubleshoot issues with vendors and internal teams • Customize team sites and retrieve archived portal articles • Support development and dissemination of Economic and Social Impact Footprint Reports • Coordinate projects, timelines, meetings, internal business partners, and external consultants • Track deadlines, send reminders, manage sensitive report access, and support SharePoint improvements • Answer phones, direct inquiries, provide backup coverage, and support special projects including meeting planning
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required; an Associate's degree or higher and/or CPS is preferred • 5 years of experience serving in an administrative support capacity • Prior experience providing administrative support to multiple mid-level leaders such as Directors • Prior experience working in a federal affairs or law department or government agency is preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to learn specialized software such as Concur, Health Care Compliance GO-EX, International Contract Database, eMarketplace, and Salesforce • Prior experience with expense reporting • Experience coordinating domestic and international business travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation • Excellent time management skills • Technologically savvy problem solver • Expertise in document preparation, redlining, and proofreading • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize critical deadlines in a multifaceted, fast-paced, multicultural, international environment • Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively address them • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work • Ability to coordinate with other administrative staff • Ability to travel occasionally, less than 10% local/domestic travel • Must adhere to the Johnson & Johnson Code of Business Conduct and relevant requirements
