📋 Description

• Onboard and take strategic publishers live, moving them from signed agreement to first impression to full-scale rollout • Own flagship publisher integrations end to end, from technical scoping through production launch and post-launch monetization tuning • Diagnose and resolve mediation/bidding misconfiguration, low fill, latency, and rendering failures • Architect placement, format, and bidding strategies to raise eCPM/ARPDAU and sustain performance as publisher traffic scales • Establish integration patterns, sample apps, and QA checklists as team standards • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to translate publisher needs into technical solutions • Feed integration friction back into the SDK roadmap to solve recurring problems at the source

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in a production language such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript • Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns • Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices • Experience designing scalable, distributed systems that handle high-volume traffic • Understanding of database design and optimization across SQL and NoSQL • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring/observability tooling • Ability to debug production issues and optimize system performance • Strong ownership and technical judgment • Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Resilience and a bias for action • Ability to break large problems into incremental, shippable deliverables
