📋 Description

• Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally • Ensure installations are completed on schedule and meet quality standards • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation • Identify root causes and implement effective solutions • Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of complex semiconductor capital equipment • Collaborate with KLA regions, engineering, and customer teams to verify system performance and transfer tool ownership • Provide status updates to stakeholders throughout the installation process • Complete installation documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time • Secure warranty sign-off on newly installed tools • Operate independently while following documented procedures and exercising technical judgment • Work under guidance from managers and senior IEs, with increasing autonomy • Engage in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments

🎯 Requirements

• Selected candidate must be able to work 6 days/week, 10 hours/day • Extensive domestic and international travel to support customer installations worldwide • Strong knowledge of electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical systems • Experience with high-vacuum systems strongly preferred • Comfort working with computer systems, operating systems, and networking (Windows, Unix, or similar environments) • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented • Able to work effectively across cultures, functions, and geographies • ASET minimum degree or equivalent work experience in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry is required
