• Ability to use both email and telecommunications to generate new business opportunities. • Continuously seek and identify new prospects within Kobalt.io’s ideal customer profile. • A/B test outreach and sales-related activities to identify best practices. • Qualify new prospects into sales-qualified prospects. • Set up calls and handoff opportunities to the Account Executives. • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine the sales funnel. • Manage and nurture all inbound leads from various channels. • Identify the needs of the prospect and work with the Account Executives to provide the appropriate services for prospects. • Build long-term relationships with prospects throughout their pre-buying and post-buying journeys. • Work with the Marketing team to identify any new assets that need to be made in order to better the prospect’s experience.
• A completed or in-progress bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study, or equivalent work experience. • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Experience using cloud software for a variety of tasks. • Competency in productivity suite applications such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. • Strong willingness to learn and voice your opinions in order to strengthen the business. • Desire and ability to develop your skill set and move up within the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
