📋 Description

• Architect and drive specialized sourcing strategies for senior-level and highly specialized technical roles • Advise executives and senior leadership on organizational design, compensation structures, and global talent mapping using market intelligence • Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, including complex offer negotiation • Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience • Design and implement scalable recruiting initiatives such as referral programs, interview training, and process documentation • Improve efficiency and quality of hire across the talent acquisition function • Build and maintain a focused pipeline of passive candidates • Position Kong as an employer of choice in competitive markets • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit • Maintain job postings and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System • Shape the employer brand and lead executive-level recruiting readouts • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to Engineering, Product, and Professional Services leadership across North America

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle technical recruiting experience • At least 2 years focused on Senior/Staff/Principal-level hiring in a high-growth SaaS or cloud-native environment • Deep mastery of the North American technical talent landscape • Proven ability to compete for talent against top-tier late-stage startups and public companies • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to influence senior leaders and executives • Ownership of core talent acquisition programs or significant recruiting lifecycle process improvements • Expert command of advanced sourcing and candidate engagement techniques beyond standard LinkedIn Recruiter usage • Ability to challenge ideas and influence others • Ability to distill complex information into an organized, consumable format • Ability to collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and internal stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience recruiting across EMEA is a plus
