📋 Description

• Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops that build customer fluency with agent engineering and the LangChain ecosystem • Create tutorials, reference implementations, and best-practice guides • Provide technical guidance and office hours • Build internal agents and tools to streamline Enablement operations and automate processes • Act as the customer voice inside LangChain, feeding friction points back to Product and Engineering • Stay current on agent engineering practices and incorporate learnings into customer enablement materials • Teach customers to use LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and LangSmith • Collaborate with the broader GTM organization to help customers build independently

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building LLM/agent applications, including experience designing agent architectures and evaluation strategies • Strong Python skills; comfortable writing and debugging code live in front of customers • 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, or Solutions Engineering • Experience designing and delivering live workshops • Ability to create and deliver technical training programs, including live workshops, written tutorials, documentation, and video guides • Exceptional presentation and communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences • Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and manage several customer engagements at once • Curiosity to stay current with evolving agent engineering practices and trends • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time • Nice to have: production AI agent deployment experience, especially with LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, or similar frameworks • Nice to have: hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails • Nice to have: experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts • Nice to have: TypeScript/JavaScript in addition to Python
