📋 Description

• Own real estate brokerage relationships in the assigned territory • Work a target list of investor-focused brokerages • Meet brokers of record and agents • Demo the app on agents’ phones • Sign brokerages to the office partnership program • Invite agents and investor clients to weekly education sessions • Stay with each referral until funding, working with the loan team • Meet one-on-one with the sales manager weekly • Handle relationships while the technology and loan team quote rates, take applications, underwrite, and manage paperwork

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years selling to real estate agents or brokers in mortgage, title, insurance, home warranty, or real estate • Self-directed; set your hours and run your own calendar • Comfortable running your business from your phone • Live in or near your territory • Investment property or DSCR experience is a plus, not a requirement
