📋 Description

• Engineer, administer, and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform, including Collectors, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Remote Actions, and role-based access controls • Ensure the stability, scalability, performance, security, and integrity of the Nexthink environment • Support platform upgrades, feature adoption, continuous improvement, technical documentation, training materials, operational playbooks, and cross-functional collaboration • Develop, test, and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows for endpoint health, application performance, configuration, compliance, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues • Develop reusable automation frameworks, engineering standards, and scalable remediation capabilities to reduce manual support effort • Support integrations between Nexthink and enterprise platforms using APIs, web services, and automation platforms • Operationalize DEX insights and remediation workflows in alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance requirements • Develop Nexthink dashboards, investigations, and reporting solutions using NQL and platform analytics • Monitor digital experience, identify trends and root causes, uncover automation opportunities, and translate telemetry and employee experience data into actionable insights • Design and manage Nexthink Campaigns and employee engagement initiatives to gather feedback, measure sentiment, support organizational change, and improve employee technology experiences • Stay current on Nexthink capabilities, automation technologies, and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active Public Trust with ability to obtain Secret or higher, as needed • US citizenship required • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, coupled with 4–8 years of relevant experience; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering, engineering, and supporting the Nexthink Infinity platform • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, End User Computing (EUC), workplace technology, and/or endpoint engineering environments • Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills • Experience analyzing large datasets and converting insights into actionable improvements • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with cross-functional engineering and operations teams • Hands-on expertise with Nexthink Remote Actions, Investigations and Dashboards, Campaigns and Alerts, Application Experience and Software Metering, and Nexthink Query Language (NQL) • PowerShell required • Bash/Shell scripting preferred • Experience designing and developing automated remediation and self-healing solutions • Experience building integrations using APIs, web services, and automation platforms • Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, Moveworks, or similar products • Experience with endpoint management, security, and compliance, including Intune, SCCM, or Jamf • Experience with Microsoft 365 • Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID • Preferred: Nexthink certification(s), Nexthink AI Drive and Adopt, ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/asset management, Splunk or other observability platforms, DEX frameworks, employee sentiment measurement, XLOs, and scaling Nexthink in large enterprise environments supporting 10,000+ endpoints
