📋 Description

• Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency, scalability, and overall execution • Manage the delivery, completion, and follow-up of external onboarding document requirements • Conduct employee data audits and maintain organized, secure employee data across functions • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations • Assist with I-9 management and related document audits as needed • Support business objectives through additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in relevant roles • Demonstrated business and technical acumen • Ability to follow company policies and established processes • Ability to complete work with minimal instruction • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work • Responsibility to understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy
